Our office is located at Bahnhofstrasse 2 directly entrance Naters, very exposed and visible, in front of the bakery Zuber. The office is on the first floor and has 2 large shop windows and 2 parking spaces directly in front of the entrance. Further parking spaces are available on the street or in the parking garage Brig train station as well as parking garage Aletsch Campus.

The almost 120 m² office was renovated by us, Skolido Immobilien GmbH at the beginning of 2020, so that we could start our business activities here since August 1st. Already at the beginning of the renovation work it was our goal to arrange and divide the location in such a way that companies can work independently and undisturbed from each other. Thus, the west and east wings are separated from the entrance area by soundproof glazing. In the 45 m² entrance area is the reception, the waiting area in lounge style with high-quality couch and flatscreen, as well as a large high table for short meetings.

There is a fiber optic internet connection, a powerful copying system and a sound system. Reception, waiting lounge, WC kitchen and copier can be shared. The east wing, separated by glass walls, which would provide the separate part for our partner, covers an area of 32 m². Here 4 new workstations with integrated connections were installed this year. Each workstation has two locker compartments which can be opened by code or app.       

It is desirable to find a tenant with whom there is a common field of activity in order to take advantage of certain synergies. Skolido Immobilien GmbH rents out vacation apartments and sells real estate in the whole of the Upper Valais -> www.skolido.ch. Already in the office are a trustee and a personnel support company.

Possible fields of activity of the partner: architecture, insurance, construction, construction management….. We are also open to other innovative suggestions and ideas.
