As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a family environment and take on varied tasks in a unique working environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, filing).<\/li>\n<li>Support in the organization of vacation lettings and property sales.<\/li>\n<li>Accounting management, including invoicing, payment monitoring and document management.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the team with organizational and administrative projects.<\/li>\n<li>First point of contact for customers and business partners (in person, by telephone and by e-mail).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic commercial training or comparable qualification.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in bookkeeping and familiarity with accounting software.<\/li>\n<li>Structured and independent way of working and high level of reliability.<\/li>\n<li>Friendly and professional demeanor, even in stressful situations.<\/li>\n<li>Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of French and English an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A varied and responsible job in a family team.<\/li>\n<li>Flexible working hours that can be easily reconciled with private commitments.<\/li>\n<li>A unique working environment in the heart of the Aletsch Arena.<\/li>\n<li>Attractive employee discounts and further training opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Application<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Have we aroused your interest?
