The attic flat is on the top floor of the Hollandia house, which is located in the former Art Furrer Resort.
Directly adjacent is the Alpenrose trainer lift, the ski slope to the Moosfluh chairlift and the popular 9-hole golf course. Shopping facilities, the mountain station “Riederalp Mitte”, bars and restaurants are within 5 minutes walking distance. A lift takes you to the top floor of the Hollandia house, where the spacious and lavishly renovated flat is located.
House in the countryside apartment A, Mörel/Breite
A lift takes you to the fourth floor of the residence. The apartment was renovated in 2020. On the north side are the two bedrooms with private balcony and the bathroom. On the south side you will find the kitchen and the open living/dining area with balcony.
House Rhodania with Matterhorn View, Riederalp center
Within 5 minutes from the top station, where you will also find a Coop shop, you can reach your holiday home in the middle of paradise without major climbs. Ski-in, ski-out is guaranteed, the ski slope, the beginner area Alpenrose and ski school are right next to the building. Also on the doorstep is the cross-country skiing area, which in summer is the highest 9-hole golf course in Europe.
The lift takes you up to the fourth floor and the first thing you do is enjoy the fantastic view from the balcony. The Matterhorn can be seen in good visibility.
The long-distance transport connections, even with public funds, are excellent. Brig – Bern about one hour, Brig – Zurich two hours and Milan can be reached in less than two hours from Brig. From Brig to the valley station in Mörel it takes 10 minutes with the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn. By car from the north, it is best to use the car transport Kandersteg/ Goppenstein or Realp/ Oberwald
House im Grünen apartment B, Mörel/Breiten
With an elevator you can reach the 3rd floor of the house, where the 2.5 room apartment is located. On the north side you will find the bedroom and the bathroom. On the south side you will find the kitchen and the open living/dining area, where there are two closet beds. The apartment also has a balcony, which is south facing.
House Lotus, Riederalp Moosfluhbahn
The apartment is located on the second floor of the house Lotus and is accessible by elevator.
In the north part of the apartment are the two bedrooms and the bathroom. In the south part you will find the open living/dining area with kitchen, as well as access to the sunny balcony with Matterhorn view. The valley station Moosfluh is located directly opposite the apartment.
House Simplon, Glis
Haus Simplon is located at Grabenweg 29 in Brig-Glis in a quiet and green location. Within a few minutes drive or walk you can reach the shopping center “Simplon Center”, restaurants and leisure facilities such as badminton, tennis or indoor golf. Interesting for companies – Lonza can be reached within 10 minutes by car!
The house has one 4.5 bedroom apartment and two 3.5 bedroom apartments. In total, the house offers space for 14 vacation guests in its 7 bedrooms.
Advantageous is the good accessibility by car and sufficient parking space directly in front of the building. Also belongs to the property a cozy barbecue area with meadow. Numerous excursion destinations in the Valais and northern Italy can be easily reached from here.
Haus Alpsegen, Riederalp Moosfluh
Enjoy relaxing days in the cosy Alpsegen holiday flat, ideal for 1 – 6 people (max. 7 people). The house is situated in a sunny and unobstructable location with a direct view over Riederalp and the Matterhorn. In winter you are spoilt for choice: start the day directly with the glacier cable car Mossfluh or the ski lift Golmenegg? Ski in and ski out: strap on the skis and snowboards and return to the holiday flat with the last turns. Thanks to the location of the Alpsegen, it’s a good idea to stop by the holiday flat just for a quick break or lunch. Thus, the Alpsegen house is ideally situated between the Moossfluh glacier lift and the Golmenegg ski lift. With direct access to endless hiking trails around the Altesch glacier and in the middle of the mountain bike Eldorado Aletsch Arena, dream holidays are also guaranteed in summer.
Cosy Chalet near Brig, Glis
Chalet-style flat in a top location with a picturesque view for a varied holiday in the UNESCO World Natural Heritage region of the Aletsch Glacier. The ski areas Belalp, Aletscharena and Rosswald are all reachable within 10 minutes by car. Ski resorts such as Zermatt, Saas-Fee, Leukerbad, Crans-Montana, 4 Vallées, Port du Soleil and many others are within 1 hour. In bad weather, the newly renovated thermal baths “Brigerbad”, the new ice rink in Brig, or bowling, billiards and paintball in the Funplanet Gamsen are all within reach. All of these can also be reached in 10 minutes by car. Numerous restaurants and nightlife can be reached within 5-15 minutes in Brig and Naters by bus or on foot. Another plus is the SBB railway station in Brig, which lies on the north-south axis of the Neat. To the north, 1 hour to the capital Bern, 35 minutes to the picturesque Lake Thun. Heading south through the Simplon tunnel, 35 minutes to Domodossola in Italy. 50 minutes to Stresa on Lake Maggiore, and 2 hours to the metropolis of Milan.
House Caroline, Riederalp Center
In the house Caroline we rent out a studio and a flat. The holiday house is situated in a quiet area not far from restaurants and ski lifts. Shopping facilities are available directly at the Riederalp cable car (Riederalp Mitte). The house is connected to the road network of Riederalp and is therefore easy to reach on foot (winter skis) or by mountain taxi. The location offers a unique view of the alpine panorama including the Matterhorn.
4.5 room apartment Glis
The house is located in Glis, above Brig, and has a 5.5 room flat on the ground floor with a garden space as well as a penthouse flat in the attic. From the bedrooms, a picturesque view of the town of Brig and the Valais mountains is guaranteed. The bus station is about 5 minutes’ walk away. Brig main station can be reached by car or bus in about 10 minutes. The capital city of Bern can be reached in 1 hour via the NEAT tunnel, Milan is 2 hours away by train. The many ski areas in the immediate vicinity are a particular highlight: Belalp, Aletscharena, Rosswald, Rotwald, Zermatt, Saas-Fee….
