The Golmenheim offers a 2.5-room apartment, a 3.5-room apartment, and a 4.5-room apartment. All apartments are well-equipped and exude coziness, warmth, and alpine chalet charm with plenty of wooden furnishings. Access to the converted drying room/ski cellar is available to all guests. In winter, you will find the Golmenheim and ski-in access, and the Aletsch Promenade with direct access to the Moosfluh gondola is just a few steps away. In summer, the chalet offers access via both the Fleschstrasse and a small path to the Aletsch Promenade, making it the ideal starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours. The Fleschstrasse connects Riederalp with Goppiberg and Greich, allowing hikes all the way to the middle station or into the valley. The holiday apartments offer unobstructed and spectacular panoramic views across the deep Rhône Valley to the 4,000-meter-high mountains of Valais, including the Matterhorn, Mischabel Group, and Weisshorn. Two parking spaces are located directly next to the chalet on the same property.
Chalet Glück-Auf, Bürchen
Chalet Glück-Auf is situated in a quiet and sunny location with a magnificent view of the mountains. The ski slopes and the grocery store are just a 5-minute walk away. The chalet offers space for a total of 6 people and has a parking space.
House Golmenegg, Riederalp
The Golmenegg house is a 5-minute walk above the Moosfluhbahn gondola station. The Coop and the Riederalp Mitte cable car can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In Haus Golmenegg we currently rent out 3 apartments, each with 2 bedrooms.
The building is modern and of high quality. The light-flooded apartments offer a spectacular panoramic view of the Alps, including the Matterhorn.
Holiday flat Riederhof, Riederalp centre
The holiday flat in the Riederhof is within 5 minutes walking distance of the mountain station, where you will also find a Coop shop. Ski-in, ski-out is guaranteed, the Hohfluh chairlift is next to the building. Also on the doorstep is the cross-country skiing area, which in summer is the highest 9-hole golf course in Europe. The building complex houses the well-known Riederhof restaurant with wellness centre, which can be used for an extra charge.
The lift in the building takes you to the holiday flat.

Chalet Enzian, Blitzingen
Chalet Enzian is situated above Blitzingen and offers a picturesque view of the valley and the mountains. Here you will find an idyllic setting just a few minutes from the village of Blitzingen. The accommodation is suitable for relaxing and unwinding. The proximity to the cross-country ski trails and the ski area of the Aletsch Arena make this property an ideal getaway for winter sports enthusiasts. Both the cross-country ski trails and the Fiescherhalb valley station can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
Residential building with 3 apartments in Brigerbad
The residential building with its three 3.5-room apartments is located in the old village of Brigerbad in a very idyllic location. The bus stop is only a few meters away. Restaurants and the Brigerbad are within 5 minutes walking distance.
The apartments are located one above the other on the ground floor, second floor and attic. All apartments have two bedrooms, bathroom and an open living/dining area with kitchen. Also two apartments have a small balcony. The bathrooms, kitchens and floors have already been renovated.
Also to the building belong 3 cellar compartments, as well as a parking lot for two cars.
Advantageous is the proximity to the Lonza in Visp. The apartments can be rented very well to companies and employees of the Lonza. From experience we can say that this property offers a good return.
